Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Returns-

All returns must be post marked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All return items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Return Process-

To return an item, place the item securely in packaging and include your proof of purchase. Please include a detailed message for your exchange. Mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return charges. We strongly recommend you use a trackable method to send your return. We are not responsible or lost packages. 

Refunds-

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your items, we will process your return or refund. Please make sure you have given us a contact method in the event of questions. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. 

Exceptions-

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at carolinabrownapparel@gmail.com

Please note: The item can not have been worn or used. We will not give a refund for items that seem to have been damaged due to usage. 

Incorrect Shipping Address- 

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. We are not responsible for packages that get shipped to the wrong address. We are not responsible if the mail carrier delivers your package to the wrong address.

It will be your responsibility to cover postage if you have entered the wrong shipping address. We are a small company that can not afford to cover postage for wrong shipping addresses. 

We will NOT issue a refund if you give us the wrong address.
